Alpa gel after stings is intended for local treatment of the skin. It has a pleasantly cooling, slightly numbing effect and reduces the burning and itching sensation after stings. It can also be used to soothe the skin, for example after a sting with nettles. It contains an extract of frankincense (Boswellia serrata) rich in boswellic acids, which have anti-inflammatory effects and thus act against itching and redness of the skin.
