a vasoconstrictor substance that causes the conjunctiva to swell and inhibits the formation of secretions in the eye.\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eThe effects of COLDAN eye drops begin after a few minutes and last for around 4 hours. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eContraindications\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCOLDAN eye system that may occur can be increased by alcohol, sleeping pills, tranquilizers (drugs that have an anti-anxiety and relaxing effect), and neuroleptics (drugs used to treat mental illnesses).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe simultaneous use of theophylline (drug used to treat asthma) and its derivatives in high doses increases the side effects listed under point 4.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCOLDAN combined with guanethidine and reserpine (medicines used in blood pressure therapy) can lead to an increase in blood pressure.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAn increase in the effect occurs when medications for Parkinson's disease (trihexyphenidyl) and medications that support circulation (adrenaline and norepinephrine) are taken at the same time.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA reduction in effectiveness occurs when taking
