Thanks to the structure with a combination of four different layers, the Mextra Superabsorbent coating ensures optimal absorption, retention and breathability. The cover absorbs exudate from the wound through the contact layer, retains it in the core and thus minimizes the risk of maceration. The nonwoven outer fluid repellent layer acts as a barrier and prevents exudate leakage. Mextra Superabsorbent dressing is intended for use on moderately to heavily exuding wounds.
