Strong! The Maori, the natives of New Zealand, already knew about the extraordinary properties of the Manuka bush. The honey comes from the South Sea myrtle, the Manuka tree. It has a strong, spicy taste, smells intensely resinous and has a delicate caramel brown color. With a slightly minty finish, it enchants all the senses. Tip from our beekeeper: Manuka honey is best taken on an empty stomach, pure or dissolved in lukewarm water or milk. Never mix with hot liquid. TA factor (Total Activity): 25+
